My experience was really good. The front desk staff was/is always pleasant and attentive every time I visit the office. I must also say that the day of my procedure, my MA (I believe she was) Jessica was so nice and comforting to me. She made me feel at ease and listened when I shared I have “rolling veins” she got it the first time not like others who don’t listen and I end up with a huge bruise on my arm. Thank you SonoBello-Manhattan you made my experience positive.

My experience at Sonobello's NYC office was exactly what I hoped for, from the receptionist, nurses, practice manager right up to meeting Dr. Lauren Chmielewski. I was excited, nervous and anxious and they were understanding, courteous and helpful throughout the entire process. Simply amazing care and results!! There is zero regrets from choosing the services from SB. Every step of the journey was dynamite. The cheerful reception team, nursing care, surgical care and all of the post care was outstanding. Jinnette was so comforting during the VL sessions.
