My experience at Sonobello's NYC office was exactly what I hoped for, from the receptionist, nurses, practice manager right up to meeting Dr. Lauren Chmielewski. I was excited, nervous and anxious and they were understanding, courteous and helpful throughout the entire process. Dr. C understood what I was looking to get out of the procedure and totally exceeded my expectations. I am 1 week post op and already see a huge difference. Simply amazing care and results!! There is zero regrets from choosing the services from SB. Every step of the journey was dynamite. The cheerful reception team, nursing care, surgical care and all of the post care was outstanding. Jinnette was so comforting during the VL sessions. Customer service, nurses, surgeon were UNIQUE! I will definitely recommend Sonobello to everyone!!! I want to thank Tatiana, Cecily, Lani, Trisha and Elsa for their excellent customer services skills and professionalism. They not only serve the clients but cared for them as well.
