Customer service, nurses, surgeon were UNIQUE! I will definitely recommend Sonobello to everyone!!! I want to thank Tatiana, Cecily, Lani, Trisha and Elsa for their excellent customer services skills and professionalism. They not only serve the clients but cared for them as well. I was pleased with Trish, she was very kind and answered every one of my questions. I felt much better about my recovery after speaking to her.
The entire staff was pleasant. Trisha, my Nurse followed up with me throughout my incision healing process after my procedure. She was also very pleasant.
My entire experience was great! Everyone was helpful from Lani at the front desk to the nurses and the doctor.
The staff at the Manhattan office are excellent! The head nurse and her team, the young lady that administers the venous treatment and especially the young ladies at the front desk! I was treated with kindness, professionalism, concern and respect by all of the front desk ladies! One of the young ladies that stands out from the rest is Tatiana ..she is most lovely, warm and responsible at all times. Hats off to the Manhattan team!
My experience was great from start to finish. Everyone in the office was kind and helpful. They answered all of my questions. The ps and her team were great. I’m very happy with my results. Even my post op visits, calls, and emails have been informative and helpful. I’m so glad I chose the Manhattan office.
