Greeting by the receptionist was very pleasant and friendly. The ambiance / Christmas decor was very inviting and cozy. Consultation with Victoria was extremely informative and she made me feel at ease. She was very detailed in explaining the procedure, what to expect as well as how the procedure would be performed. Penny George is who I saw for my consultation. She was so nice and encouraging. Dr.Willard was my doctor and he was awesome. I couldn't have had a better doctor. I didnt feel much, he made sure of that! He was caring and compassionate. We communicated through the surgery, because he wanted ti make sure I was okay. I had JaDana as my nurse and I loved her, she was so helpful and nice. Even the manager Michelle was great. I had my consultation with Penny. I love her! She was very knowledgeable, extremely personable and so helpful. She addressed my concerns and she wanted to make sure I knew what my expectations were with the procedures I was interested in. The office was very peaceful and relaxing!
