The office 1st of all very clean and beautiful. The staff was so nice and knowledgeable. They took the time to talk and answer all our questions and very pleased about the pricing and the procedures. They have great customer service and response times.

Honestly, i felt comfortable and at ease. Victoria was honest and very professional. She addressed my needs and kept eye contact with me the whole time. She understood my feelings and concerns without making me feel uncomfortable. Thank you so much

Greeting by the receptionist was very pleasant and friendly. The ambiance / Christmas decor was very inviting and cozy. Consultation with Victoria was extremely informative and she made me feel at ease. She was very detailed in explaining the procedure, what to expect as well as how the procedure would be performed. Penny George is who I saw for my consultation. She was so nice and encouraging. Dr.Willard was my doctor and he was awesome. I couldn't have had a better doctor. I didnt feel much, he made sure of that! He was caring and compassionate. We communicated through the surgery, because he wanted ti make sure I was okay. I had JaDana as my nurse and I loved her, she was so helpful and nice. Even the manager Michelle was great.
