The office staff was very friendly and My consultant Penny was very kind and very detailed in explaining the treatment options and making me feel comfortable. I have not had the treatment yet but am schedule for the procedure in a few weeks. Will post a review again after the treatment.
My experience was a 10 penny was great . She took time to explain what to expect and get me plan best for what I really needed. She make sure i was satisfied and took great care I felt she really cared and listened to me!! Thanks will tell everyone i know about your awesome staff!!

My consultant Penny was the best she help me through the whole process explained everything to me in detail I really appreciate someone breaking things down to me I look forward to my new look. I also like the precautions that they are taking due to the coronavirus.

My experience was one of understanding. Penny listened to my concerns and addressed them without sugar coating. She was very nice, informative and most of all honest and thats what I consider to be a successful consultation. I enjoyed every second being able to talk.
