Had a very personable experience. The staff is knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. The office is convenient and very inviting. Just a nice group of people. Made me feel extremely confident that this was a good choice.

So I had Lauren as my consultant and all I can say is she is the best thing that has happened to me. Lauren was patient knowledgeable and caring did not expect to walk out with a surgery date but that’s exactly what happened. I don’t think I would’ve made the choice to go through with the procedure if it wasn’t for Lauren I know that if I need anything in the future Lauren will be my go to. While I did have a long wait time (nearly an hour) I didn’t mind one bit. The staff was very kind and extremely knowledgeable. They were helpful from start to finish. They helped me locate the parking, and greeted me upon arrival. The consultation was quick and highly informative.
