Michelle was intuitive, compassionate, made me feel very at ease, cared about me and made sure I received the best pre op care and surgeon. She kept in touch with me after the consultation and walked me through the procedure and expectations but I appreciated most about her was her genuine excitement for me. I highly recommend Sono Bello and Michelle.

I had a great experience here at sonobello staff was friendly and this space was clean , things didn’t go as planned for me but I wasn’t upset like I thought I would be but that’s all thanks to Lauren ( silver spring location) she was so nice and welcoming and just made me feel comfortable over all I wanted to give up on the process but because of Lauren I’ll for sure be back

From beginning to end, even before the actual meeting with Ms Lauryn, Ms Jazzy was professional, and courteous. I was treated with respect from beginning to end. Ms. Jazzy calmly helped me with directions to the building and once there, directions where to park AND met me in the downstairs lobby to escort me to the office. Hi Iam a 64 y/o Southern girl , with that being said , I had the most amazing and delightful person to assist me today she even laughed at my corny jokes .
