I did my second massage treatment yesterday, it’s been a few weeks since my first one. I love treatment, it’s so relaxing. I am always greeted with a smile and nice conversation. The customer service at this location is great!

I had several BalancerPro appts. Kacy was professional, prompt, and courteous scheduling and preparing for my sessions. I highly recommend.
I had a wonderful consultation experience at Sono Bello in Silver Spring! The front office receptionist, Kacy was so nice and accommodating. Jenni is amazing! She was very informative, detailed and reassuring, I had a fantastic experience with her.
