Everything about my experience was pleasant. The ladies at the front desk when I arrived for my consultation were welcoming and also helpful. Natalie was amazing! She answered all of my questions and checked in with the surgeons on those she could not answer and followed up with me in a timely manner. She made me feel very at ease about the entire process and I was super excited for my procedure. Unfortunately, due to health reasons, my doctor did not clear me for the procedure.
