I highly recommend going to the Silver Spring Branch of Sonobello. First I was relieved that this office is in a convenient location with plenty of parking. When I walked in I was greeted with warm smiles and social distancing. There weren’t other patients near me in a crowded waiting area which is important to me. From the online scheduling to the checkout of my consultation, they were professional and friendly. Danielle was amazing! I had done research and I have had a previous procedure done so I had limited knowledge. She assured me that my experience with Sono Bello would be better than the other. My consultation was amazing and went better than I expected! The front desk operator was very friendly and efficient. First let me start by saying that David have a well spoken phone presence. He has a calm cool and welcoming demeanor, and one of the best direction I have ever gotten from someone. When I entered the office he was on the phone but looked up just enough to acknowledge me, he finished up with his call and then greeted me with a smile and welcomed me. I was a bit nervous at first, but Danielle really helped me to feel comfortable. The meeting was very informative and I didn’t feel pressured to agree to anything at that moment, which made me more interested in going through with the procedure. Very professional!

Erin at the McLean branch interviewed me during my 2nd follow up and she noticed things that were previously overlooked. When you feel like someone notices your obvious concerns and cares to work to correct them, it very comforting. I recommend this branch of Sonobello largely due to Erin.
