LAUREN KNOWS HER STUFF! I went in for a consultation on Tuesday with Lauren in Silver Spring. She was polite, sassy and knowledgeable. Instantly made me feel comfortable. She thoroughly understood my needs and even stood me in the mirror and helped me visualize it. We had some minor scheduling challenges but Lauren did not leave for the day until she was able to work out all the issues and call me directly with good news!
