My one week post op visit went very well. The front staff is always friendly. Alex was my RN today and she was wonderful! Very sweet and answered all of my questions. I have a birthday trip coming up in about 3 weeks so I was concerned that my swelling would still be noticeable. Alex helped ease my concerns when she told me the balancer pro treatments will help greatly with that and to do one right before I leave for my trip. All of the employees have always made me so comfortable since day 1! When you’re in, what I feel is a vulnerable situation, it’s important to have the professionals around you put you at ease. Everyone has managed to do that and I’d easily recommend Sono Bello!
Very friendly staff and I hsd a wonderful doctor and I love my results
I continue to be amazed and impressed by the front desk ladies, Gia and Natasha! At every single visit they are the most pleasant, helpful, and caring people. They also are very knowledgeable and able to answer my questions. You need to hold on tight to these ladies - they are truly the best (I've left practitioners in the past because of their staff).
