My daughter arrived to this facility on Saturday. I have called daily (today is Wednesday) asking to speak to a provider, which the provider has not returned any of my calls. Additionally, when the nurse did her intake on Saturday, I asked that they communicate to the provider that I wanted a med wash to be completed and for the provider to follow up with me for a more detailed history on my daughters conditions and to coordinate future care for discharge. The med wash still hasn't been done as of today and the provider has... read more

My son was there for a month two nights before he was transferred to a new facility he was jumped by 6 teens staff broke it up but did not call me to let me know or get him medical attention he has a severe bruising all over and was stomped in the kidneys multiple times. Then they didn't even document it in his file so do not let your child go there I'm diving down the rabbit hole now there has been 3 wrongful deaths there plus I rape of a minor by a staff member

Dirty area, hostile employees, tactics border on coercion, and I wonder how many of the patients who have signed papers to be admitted did so under duress. Terrifying and traumatic experience for both me and the patient, who will unfortunately probably be even more reluctant to seek any kind of help for depression after even 7 hours at Sonora. I can only imagine the extent of the damage to people who get admitted inpatient.

An absolute nightmare this place was the worst experience of my life. I was threatened by nurses and staff.

This was the worst experience anyone could have. The reviews are all bad and I see why. I should have known when the room they had us wait in was filthy. When asked to be moved, the second room was just as bad. They pack people in the wards, even putting people on the floor on mattresses. It's obviously about $$ NOT care. Once you are in, you are not getting out! Not til they say so. This made my husbands recovery fall way behind. You cannot visit except for 1 hour on Saturday. AND the best part was.., he came home with C... read more

As a professional in Tucson, who works with our beloved seniors, I have never had a more horrible experience with a discharge planner specifically Andie Baucon. Andie made it very clear through several emails that she couldn't care less if this person was discharged safely or had their prescribed medication's. She continued to blatantly ignore questions that were being asked of her by myself and the potential Assisted Living community for the client. She continually refused to fill out paperwork necessary to get the client o... read more

This was one of the worst examples of patient care I think I've seen in years! My son was brought in on 02/07/2023 for SI. They took him in and immediately took his clothing to "wash it". They told him would be returned soon. TWO DAYS later my son still has no clothes. They never found them. He contacted me and asked me to please bring him something to wear besides scrubs. He was evaluated on 02/08/2023 by Dr Douglas. This dr never called me to discuss anything. The nurse called me to ask about starting meds. His social work... read more
