First, the place is trashy, trash everywhere in the water, on the water banks, and all over the grounds. Second, I know its nature but you cant enjoy yourself due to the hairy white caterpillars' nothing you can do about that but if you choose to visit be prepared because they are in FULL abundance. While we were there someone got bit by a scorpion and when I was trying to get in I got scaped by something in the water, not sure what. We left after only an hour. Its you like rustic NOT luxury as described you may like it.

I'm sorry to tell that we didn't have a good experience with you guys. after the bathrooms r very nasty and not clean, no handles on some shower no handles on the faucets, the decks are not safe, clean, very slippery there was no stairs to get on the water or off the water on some decks, The kayaks were really muddy very muddy nasty and full of mold, mud and we have pictures of all these items that I would like to upload to the website

We had an amazing time here. The little waterfall and stream were perfect for young kids. The water was a little questionable in some areas but they had a pool and hot tub to get in. The kayaks and game room kept us entertained. The whole place was well taken care of and the staff were wonderful. My only complaint was I wish the rules were actually enforced. The cabin next to us had way more than 2 cars/ 8 people. I left for 10 mins and they stole our parking spot under our cabin. It was a hassle making them move. It was way... read more

It was frightening to be there without anyone being on the property, the distant from stores I was no happy with it. But my health is ok now, but had a stroke year ago. I could have falling down seriously then what happen. I was not told about accidents, only thing I was told if I broke something how much it would cost me. I didn’t touch anything, we brought out coffee pot & cups & plates, silverware also. I did use the bed & shower. TV didn’t. Work & the DVD player brought good movies. That was probably my operations skills... read more

I thought I had reserved a cabin with bath but instead I got a safari cabin with no bath. We are an elderly couple and need a bath inside as I mentioned when I called in to your customer service. When I asked to change they informed me that everything was booked even though we noticed lots of empty cabins on the property. I did not consider this a "resort" - it was not beautiful and the river is not very attractive. The charge was over the top too expensive for what you get - I was not impressed and not happy at all! Di... read more

We visited in a VERY cold late-January 2024 (-6 degrees) and had a lot of difficulty with accessing our accommodation. We were given a cabin #12, but when we arrived, late at night and in the dark, we tried to use the code that we'd been sent for accessing what we believed to be our cabin, it wouldn't work. We then went to try a second cabin that was also numbered 12 and in this instance the code did work. I therefore understandably assumed that the number 12 that we were supposed to be in was the zip-up tent accommodation. ... read more

Wasn’t what it looked like in the pictures. The entire trip they had someone mowing the grass and was extremely loud. Didn’t get to enjoy what was supposed to be a peaceful time at all! How are you supposed to relax and enjoy fishing with a loud riding lawnmower going on the entire time? Complementary trip would be nice..

Reaching out to you is worthless. You don't want to resolve anything! I called and the young lady sounded like she had rehearsed her little speech. Bottom line we want to know what we did so can I improve it was not righting a wrong!
