Our first time at Son’s Rio Cibolo during spring break. We were a family of 4 who all fit nicely in the glamping tent. Plenty of fun around the campground we all had so much fun. I loved that everything was included in the booking price. We went to hikes daily, kayaking daily, played in the gameroom daily and enjoyed cooking all our meals outside. The kids loved the pool & hot tub (was too cold for me to put a swimsuit on lol). The tents are close to the pool & gameroom. Loved that we had our own fire pit & grill. Our friend... read more

We had an awesome time. Everything met our expectations and beyond. The whole property was kept clean and ready for use each day. The Birdseye cabin was exceptionally nice with everything we needed. We had 4 teenagers with us and they had something to do all the time. Will definitely be back in the summer.

It was absolutely beautiful. We enjoy our time to the max. It was so peaceful and relaxing. Next time I would probably book a longer stay.

The grounds and cabins are beautiful and well maintained. However, the water was murky, lukewarm. We had 3 people in our party get severe ear infections shortly after leaving. There was a very small shallow area for us to sit and watch the toddlers play. We were guaranteed either a paddle board or kayak with our rental, but were constantly having them taken from us or disappear from our cabana. They should be numbered to the cabin rented and/or there should be a check out system.

One of our most memorable mini vacations. Love the game room! It was such a great bonus distraction. The only bad thing is nothing is close to the location if you forget anything but it is also what makes it great. 😊
