Booked 2 nights, didn’t stay for even one night. All toilets full of poop. Water not on. Poop was there at 7pm, staff was notified. At 2am, all toilets still full of poop. Left at 3am, could not stand to stay another moment. Most disgusting place I have ever wasted money on. On top of that, my toddler got sick at your camp. Likely from the filthy fake spring fed waters you proclaim it to be.

They over booked had to settle for another location the new location was dangerous the heavey shower door fell on my wife while in it an I hurt me arm try ing to get her out . We told the staff and they did nothing do we left 2 days early with no refund

Not at all what the pictures on the internet make it seem to be. There are plenty of things to keep you busy. My most unpleasant part of the stay was the noisy lawnmowers going on the entire time of my stay. Couldn’t relax in peace with all the loud noise!

I shared my negative feedback on yelp and Google already and got a response that asked me to call a number so they can “further assist me”. I called and was transferred to manager who said “yeah we got your feedback and are handling it”.. sooo what was the purpose for asking me to call so you could “further assist”?? It’s a shame this didn’t work out because we come into town for the stock show often and would have stayed here in multiple cabins (there’s a lot of us) if this was a better experience and could have the suppor... read more

I ask for a refund and it took 2 hours over the phone and they only refunded me part of it and it was even two day pass when I paid for it.
