lossing weight is something most of us want to do and few accomplish. It's hard to believe I've lost 40 pounds. I still miss the "bad" foods but have gotten use to changing my life style. No more meds for diabeties and no blood pressure medicine! I thought those goals would be impossible to reach.
I really appreciate the time they took to make sure I was comfortable and understood everything. I am looking forward to seeing the results.
My initial visit was great, staff were pleasant and cordial and extremely knowledgeable.
I was treated as an individual and not generalized. They got to know my lifestyle and custimze a schedule for me and were patient with questions. They are friendly , and make you feel they really care.

The SOTA program is very simple to follow and the food is good too. The staff is very knowledgeable and able to answer any questions I have had. I am encouraged weekly by the staff who are always friendly and kind.
This program is AMAZING!!!! I have struggled for years and tried everything! I have lost 19 pounds in 25 days and it has been so easy!!!!!! Thank you SOTA for changing my life!
