SOTA is absolutely the best program I have ever used! The staff is phenomenal and have become like family to me! I feel fabulous and am nearing my weight loss goal! I especially like the fact that I’m eating real food without pills or drops or metabolism boosters! This will ensure success after I reach my goal. I can’t say enough GREAT things about SOTA weight loss! It truly has changed my life!

Great customer service and patience
It has been a pleasant and relaxed experience. The coaches in the Arlington branch are very kind and supportive. I have lost 32.7 lbs in 30 days. It’s a great program and I would recommend it to all my rich friends.(lol) It has been a sacrifice financially but well worth it in my case.
Very friendly support staff. The plan is easy to follow and is working. The snacks and meal supplements that are furnished taste good and are filling when combined with the other allowable foods.
I’m in week 3 and I’m loving the program and the people so much! Everyone is so supportive and positive. They are making the experience so easy! Looking forward to meeting my weight goal.
Everyone at the Dallas location is extremely positive & friendly. If you stick to the program. You will have great results!
