The counselors at the Arlington location are great. They are very knowledgeable and supportive. If you follow the program, it will work.
I have tried nearly every diet; none worked as well as SOTA and it is the only system I have been able to follow for any extended period of time. I have lost 145 pounds. The foods are good, the counselors are fantastic, the system is uncomplicated and effective, the exercise videos are helpful, are and the culture of positivity is very uplifting. Thank you SOTA.

7lb in one week
This is my first week in the program and everyone has been very helpful and sincere in what I should have expected. In addition, the team is working on providing me restaurant options so that I cannot get off course during my upcoming 2 week travel schedule. For that I am extremely happy.
SOTA staff are very welcoming and encouraging. They make sure that you can get in and are easily assessable.
