Still waiting for that return phone call
I am now through 9 weeks and have lost 45 lbs. It is easy if you follow the plan. I hope to lose another 55 lbs in the coming weeks. Love all the SOTA girls.
I found the staff friendly at first, then they became judgmental. They rarely deviate from their scripts and state you are cheating when you cannot strictly follow the diet and exercise plan due to illness or injury. I lost weight but I am a lot happier without staff acting like my ex.
Was promised lots of encouragement and support but basically every week I got weighed and collected my products and that was it. They were always very busy so really didn’t tell me anything new after that first week. After I finished 11 weeks on the program I’d lost 40 pounds ( due to my own hard work).
