So glad I joined Sota! I was feeling pretty unhealthy and putting on weight quickly before I joined. My body responded really well to the Sota plan. I’m happy with my progress. Just saw my doctor and she was super impressed with how much better my health is now after losing 25 pounds. I’m still going! Love feeling healthier!
I’m 73 years old and caring a nice little round mound on my belly. I was a little bit reluctant wondering if this program would work. But to my surprise my goodness the round mound is starting to disappear. I’m feeling better and learning to eat things that are good for me for a change. This is the best program I have done for losing weight. You lose the weight in a way that will keep it off. You aren't hungry and you feel good. I would highly recommend this program!
