Great way to start weight loss. I’ve struggled for quite some time and following directions and eating things that were suggested have made this a flawless program. Actually I should say fail less meaning it can’t fail. Follow the diet and you’re not hungry after five weeks now I never think about sugar

The staff is great and always ready to help or answer questions. I have never before done this kind of thing so it was totally new to me. I wish a little more time would of been spent on going over foodstuffs since this way of eating is new and completely foreign to me. Other than that, it’s two thumbs up! The program works for those that are truly dedicated.
