Great experience
Just completer a 10 week program. Went from a 42" to a 36" pair of pants. I'm happy! The last time I was in a 36" was over 40 years ago. Dropped 35 pounds. If I can do it, you can do it. Going after another 10# reduction.
The SOTA team is very supportive and encouraging. I feel strong on my daily walk with my weight loss because of what they provide. I love the food
The Arlington Staff is great. They are all so knowledgeable and encouraging. It feels like to going to see friends every week.
