The staff are all very friendly and nice. They truly care about how you are doing and want to see you succeed in your goals. Offer suggestions as needed. The plan is pretty easy. You just have to let go of bad habits.

Staff is super motivational week to week. They are clear on what to try or stop doing when you have a bad week (or 2) 😉. Packaged food is tasty & the recipes the provide are easy & quick to prepare.
I am inspired to do what I need to to achieve me 35 pound weight adjustment. I only have 10 more pounds to go! If I can do it then anyone can. I’m investing in the next twenty years of my life. I’m 76 years old now and want to enter the next twenty years in great shape.
I love the products. They taste so good, it doesn’t feel like you’re on a diet or like you’re constantly missing out. The other thing I love is the one on one help from the SOTA ladies. I text them all the time with questions and they always respond quickly. If I have a week where I didn’t lose weight, they sit down with me and help me figure out why and give suggestions and pointers.
I tried for years to loose weight without success. SOTA gave me a comprehensive plan that works. The products taste good. I’m not hungry and I do not have the head aches that go with dieting
