So far after 1.5 days on the program. I'm feeling good. The more I read on the choices to eat. Is a big help I am a beginner , hope to be an expert in a few weeks. The nutritionist are excellent help and easy to contact. Only 125 days to go to maintenance.

So much easier than I could have imagined. Really no work out required even walking BUT walking does speed up the weight loss and you are better for it. The staff is so nice and encouraging and every weigh-in is educational. They seem to really care about their clients.
I am coming back into the program, and was warmly welcomed by everyone.

This Friday will be two years since I started my journey with SOTA. Tomorrow, 10/21 will be sixteen months since I went on maintenance. I lost 154.8 pounds and I feel great. I have more energy and I sleep better. The Arlington staff were and are amazing. They are always so encouraging and very knowledgeable. They have become family and I am so thankful I found SOTA through 105.3 The Fan lsiten I plan to keep the weight off forever. Thank you SOTA.
