As always the Arlington SOTA team (Beca, Allison & Shonyi) have been very helpful during my maintenance. They have come up with some excellent strategies that needed tweaking with satisfactory results. Looking forward to my next check in.

This program is amazing! The girls in the office and such awesome cheerleaders and so supportive. They always remembered me. The results have have been life changing. I would recommend to everyone. It's not just a diet plan, it's a lifestyle change. WONDERFUL!!!
