Great service very friendly atmosphere.

SOTA has changed my life. I have fought a losing battle with obesity for most of life. It is the only program where I have had rapid and consistent weight loss. The counselors are outstanding and knowledgeable. The SOTA products are Tasty and filling. The program teaches people how to lose weight and then keep a healthy weight. I feel better and often get compliments on how much better I look. SOTA is the real deal.
The Arlington staff are great. They are very knowledgeable and very encouraging. I have been on maintenance for over a year after losing 154.8 pounds and they still teach me something every time I go in.
So far my experience has been great. I started three days ago and the staff has been with me every step. I’ve called for questions and everyone is so nice and helpful. So far so good!
