The help and personalization is special! They make you feel like family. My results are unbelievable. People who haven't seen me in a while give me a double take. The expensive part of the program is having to buy new clothes. I've lost 6 inches in my waist! They tell you what to eat and when. This is a lifestyle change which I have never been able to do on my own. THANKS SOTA!

After reaching my goal 2 months ago i have been complimented so many times on my appearance. So far i have been able to stay very close to my ideal BMI. The staff id great and always fun to talk to.
