SOTA was great as usual. The staff was very professional and helpful.
I am in my 6th week of the plan and have lost 35 pounds. I have found the attentiveness of the SOTA staff in the Arlington location to be professional, encouraging and very friendly. The products are tasty and the variety allows for flexibility in my meal planning. I am well over half way to my goal and could not be happier.
The staff is fantastic at keeping you motivated and on track. Very happy with SOTA so far.
