It’s the best weight loss program I’ve ever experienced. I have never felt so confident in actually keeping the weight off once I reach my goal, (I’m down 25 lbs. in the first 5 weeks). I love how it’s about nutrition and changing habits rather than counting calories and taking medication. I’d say the staff and support are the best part. Great counseling
All of the staff are friendly and call me by name when I walk in the door. They're encouraging on bad weeks and congratulatory on good weeks, knowledgeable, and kind. I have never felt shamed or embarrassed to share what's happening and appreciate the direct and friendly instruction I receive.
