I have struggled with losing weight for a very long time (25 years) and the SOTA program has been the first program that I have had success with. The program is easy and straightforward and the nutrition counselors are extremely encouraging and knowledgeable. Each week I have lost weight which gives me encouragement to continue making good choices.
Program is very effective. No cravings, no hunger!! Counselors are super helpful and supportive. WORTH IT!!!

I’ve lost 50 pounds with SOTA. More important is i’m No longer a diabetic!!!! Also no blood pressure meds. This has been a total transformation for a 67 year old man. Easier to play golf and play with my grandkids. I can not recommend SOTA strong enough. I’ve tried other diets and could not stick with them. Lose 20 lbs and then gain 25.
