Great group of staff, very friendly and always willing to help out in anyway they can.
This is week 4, it is not always fun to watch what I eat and miss some foods I used to eat. However Sota has been great at working with me to stay on the best track I can. They are kind and sweet when I come to check so I feel at ease. But the best part for me is that I can call them anytime to ask for advise if f things come up I life where it’s hard to stay on track. I have called twice to get advice on how to eat since I was out and about :).
Nice but felt like I had to commit before I could talk to the nutritionist. And that’s a bid commitment.
I am 2 days in, logging notes on items I prefer so in coming days I may sub those in. My attitude is good, no cravings or feeling overly hungry. Looking forward to successful outcome. Any questions I had were answered . Rich

Sota has really changed my eating habbits. They take the time to explain everything you need to know and have answers to your questions. They are great and happy to see your progress.
The program is not cheap but it works. Follow the program and you will lose weight.
