The staff is so very supportive and always offer suggestions that have worked for me. This program is simple to follow and I have been quite successful losing 60!pounds now.

I'm so proud of myself for being able to do this! SOTA has changed my life completely. I feel so much better physically and emotionally. I never dreamed that I would ever be wearing the clothes that I can get into now. I actually love shopping for clothes now.
Now that I have made maintenance, I am even more impressed with the journey. Everyone at the Arlington location has been so helpful, encouraging and supportive. They are great and this program will work for anyone that will follow it and trust the system. I have learned a lot about food and nutrition and am thankful for everything.

People, process and food wonderful. More time should be given to a customer to use the Pulsar machine when nobody is using them or waiting to use them (2). I prefer 10 minutes but it looks like the limit is 5 minutes, regardless. New policy?
I have been astounded at the amount of weight loss so far, 52 lbs. in just 9 weeks. The plan seems tailor made for my busy schedule. The staff could not be more knowledgeable and helpful to aid my success. Thanks SOTA.
I was very impressed with the initial consultation and how thorough everything was explained. I look forward to seeing the results of me following the plan. Today is day 2 for me.
