I really have had a awesome experience with SOTA. Very encouraging and knowledgeable group of girls. Anytime I text them or call they are always helpful.
The staff has been very encouraging even though my weight loss has been exceedingly slow: 1-2lbs a week. They’ve given me tips and tricks and were always helpful and never made me feel bad.
