I’ve had a love/hate relationship with my body and weight my entire life. I just could not seem to get to where I wanted to. SOTA has helped me achieve a goal I didn’t think possible, so late in life. I’ve relearned how to eat and how to stay cognizant of what I am putting into my body and it has transformed my quality of life.
The staff is very helpful and positive. They are quick to return my texts when I have questions.
The people who weigh us every week are very encouraging even when we have not stayed on program every day. Some weeks I haven’t lost but they just keep encouraging me.
The program absolutely works as long as you stay disciplined and follow precisely. The amount of care and support from the world-class staff has been incalculable. A journey I’ll never forget and worth every step of the way.
I’ve lost 50 lbs so far on my journey. At 52 y.o. I made the decision to take control of my health for my family and for me. The education and guidance I received to achieve this have been well worth it. I continue down this path to lose some additional weight and eventually get onto the maintenance program.
