SOTA is great. They truly are concerned for the success of clients and assist in remarkable ways. I appreciate the opportunity they offer for continued accountability after goals are reached. They even called me to inquire if I was ready to resume check-ins after the pandemic break. It has made a wonderful difference for me.

Excellent customer service and very efficient. Always very professional and friendly.
I am in maintenance and also being treated to make sure my cancer doesn’t return after diagnosis, surgery and radiation. The medication causes weight gain but by staying on the weight loss program am keeping the weight gain to a minimum. The team at Southlake has been very supportive
