I love the Sota weight loss program. To be honest, I never thought I could ever reach the goal weight that was set for me. So far so good I’m on day one so we will see. The first at the center were great and I feel I have a personalized plan. The big thing is they made me realize I pay for the weight loss but they help keep it off for free which for me is the toughest part
I went to my initial consultation not knowing anything about the program and left fired up and ready to start! I liked knowing I was talking with staff that were eating the way I was now eating. They would share recipe ideas and give advice on food products to add to recipes. The staff is both supportive and informative!

Down 68 lbs in only 3 months. It has worked well. Do wish I could eat more of the bars a day though! Folks are super nice and friendly.

I am in process of recovering from breast cancer and trying to maintain my 70 lb weight loss. This last in person visit reassured me that the 3 lbs I am battling reflects 2 lbs of water weight and a gain in muscle not an increase in fat. Very reassuring for this skinny 75 year old fan.
