Maintenance and goal-setting are essential in all weight loss efforts. SOTA excels in this area. Recently when I checked in to my SL location, I brought w me a grocery sack of products Tb “professionally” checked out by the SOTA nutritionists. They carefully and patiently reviews the many items and advised me accordingly. Thank you, SOTA SOUTHLAKE !!!
It’s been pretty easy. I’ve lost 40 lbs in 10 1/2 weeks. I’m 1/3 of the way to my goal. After just 4 weeks in the program my Dr. said all of my numbers looked good: cholesterol, triglycerides, Utica acid levels all normal. The weekly visits are easy and relatively brief, which is helpful with my busy schedule. The food is good. I’ve enjoyed cooking my one meal a day. Jason
Great staff. Jacob, Mariah and McKayla are friendly, supportive and knowledgable. It's always nice to see them. Weight loss will happen if you follow the program and their advice. Expensive program, though.

A great weigh in for me. Something you can improve for me as I have been in the program for over 2 years is to have the consultant handling my appointment to be somewhat familiar with my file. This doesn’t happen often and have to explain over and over

The gals at the Southlake office are always so friendly and happy to see me each week. They all know my name, my goals, my fears, my strengths!!! They help me and are always eager to encourage my progress and keep me motivated!!! I look forward to my weigh ins each week and I'm on schedule to reach my goal in the time originally planned.
