I have learned how to lose my weight…I also know my weaknesses and buttons that get me off track…I finally feel in control of my journey to better health, which was my goal. I have a patient coach! I like the program!
Personal attention, always responsive to questions. Hunger was not part of this program, but planned meals with protein, meat and vegetables. Loved the way the weight fell off.

Great support and encouragement
My experience with the SOTA team in Southlake has been fantastic. They were always available and supportive. I was able to reach my healthy weight which was a significant drop (almost 120 pounds) in about 6-months. Everything in my life is turning around for the better, better health, better sleep, less pain, more energy. The only downside is having to buy all new clothes!
I’ve been with SOTA now for the last 2 1/2 years. This is definitely the longest period in my adult life where I’ve kept in excellent physical shape. The continued maintenance program after my initial weight loss of over 30 pounds is exactly what I needed to stay on track for success. The support given to me by the Southlake, TX staff is unprecedented.
