The SOTA process has been great for me so far! The supplied meals make it really easy to follow the plan and the SOTA team is very helpful and encouraging. Follow the plan and results will follow! After 10 days, I am so encouraged to continue my SOTA journey to better health and well being!
Food is good- plan is good, but maintenance is not helpful
