The awesome team at SOTA - Dallas continues to support me as I stay on track in my successful maintenance program. I added a tad bit of weight during the pandemic, but now that I'm back on track with maintenance, I'm returning to my lean fighting weight! Thank you SOTA - Dallas!

Helpful, engaging and informative
I'm five weeks in using the SOTA at Home Nationwide program. So far it's been great. Down almost 25 pounds and my energy is good. The program is easy to follow if you stay focused and the activity expectations are appropriate for people with a lot of weight to lose. The food products have a good mix and the option to have bacon and eggs as a breakfast is a great treat. I'm sure there will be plateaus and setbacks as the program continues, but I am confident that with attention to detail it will work!

Great solution for getting healthy. I met with my counselor by phone. We developed a plan to achieve my goals. My counselor provided great information and advise and the plan is helping me reach my goals. I already eliminated the Type 2 Diabetes concern. More work to do, but making great progress.
