I wanted to lose 15 - 20 lbs and I did with the accountability and encouragement of the SOTA team. Fifteen pounds may not sound like a lot to lose, but I couldn’t seem to get it done. The SOTA weight lose team was so kind when setting reachable goals and cheering me on. I looked forward to their weekly call. Thank you SOTA for helping me reach my goal.
Only one person was wearing a mask, and Dallas county requires masks indoors. No sign in the door about masks either.
They plan is easy to stick to and having someone to encourage you on your way to weight loss made it that much easier.
