It's hard to be fat, but it's hard to lose tweight. Sota made it easier to lose the weight. The program is simple, easy to follow and the staff was amazing. This is a life long change for me and couldn't have done it without Sota Many Thanks!!!!!

The SOTA program is incredible. Once I made up my mind that I was ready to really lose a bunch of fat weight and reclaim my health, self esteem, and energy levels of my 20’s, the SOTA program and counselors have made it very easy to achieve my weekly goals. I’m down 60lbs in a little less than 3 and half months on my way to my goal of 90lbs down total at the end of my program. Can’t thank the SOTA team enough!

I have extended my SOTA program for another two months as I have really liked the accountability. Getting to your goal is really up to how compliant you are with the program and although I have had made a few mistakes with food choices throughout the journey, the staff have always course corrected me and stayed encouraging. I love the accountability it gives as well as advice given to me to be smarter in understanding not just the “what” but the “when” to eat..
