It’s early but so far I like the experience.
Everyone at the Plano office is very helpful and friendly.I would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Imma be totally honest.. I have a vast experience cutting weight from my wrestling days so I know some little trucks.. Therefore, I did not follow the program to a 'T'. I ate things off the program (carbs and other stuff). They said drink 2 drinks a week, I was honestly 5-7 (this was over Holidays). However, I STILL lost almost 55# in 12 weeks!
