I’m very impressed with the accountability I experienced. I had a professional call me twice on the first week which helped to understand better the program. I went in for my first weight check after a week and again they were very encouraging and positive. I’m very pleased with the program and professionals at Sota
Goals were met and have been maintained for ten months. Staff is extremely helpful and motivating. This program really works if you follow the process. Staff are top of the line.
The program is very detailed and specific. If you follow the guidance you will see results. It’s truly teaching me life long lessons on what, how and when to eat.
I have been experiencing the weight loss as expected for my first 3 weeks, I am down 10 lbs. I am very happy with my results. I am learning about new ways to cook vegetables, and how to buy products in the store for seasoning that will not add the sugar and extra calories. SOTA has many things to support you on your weight loss journey, and will help you change your eating habits! Thanks SOTA!
Staff was so supportive, and they adjusted the plan if I needed more food. I can’t recommend SOTA enough. I’ve lost 60 lbs in over 3 months and have a new lease on life.
Everything was great, the staff members were knowledgeable and very polite. My only complaint is that our appointment took a little over 2 hours. I understand that is not typical, but a little heads up before hand may have been nice. Overall really great and exciting experience!
