Everything was great, the staff members were knowledgeable and very polite. My only complaint is that our appointment took a little over 2 hours. I understand that is not typical, but a little heads up before hand may have been nice. Overall really great and exciting experience!

Imma be totally honest.. I have a vast experience cutting weight from my wrestling days so I know some little trucks.. Therefore, I did not follow the program to a 'T'. I ate things off the program (carbs and other stuff). They said drink 2 drinks a week, I was honestly 5-7 (this was over Holidays). However, I STILL lost almost 55# in 12 weeks!
