You have a very comfortable environment. None opposing. The lan sounds very doable. The cost was prohibitive. It was a complete turn off.Â
Everyone was extremely nice and help and I enjoyed learning and listening to the guidance they offered.Â
I had a great time. All of the staff were very helpfull. This is well thought out program. They realize that everyone is not not the same, so they do not treat you the same. Sota is the best hands down!!Â
Staff very helpful and encouraging as always. After losing over 160 pounds I've been on maintenance over a year and the whole experience has been great.Â
