Excellent experience. The program works and is straight forward to follow including the maintenance phase. Basically you learn how to eat properly. Staff is helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommended!
The program was pleasantly and very well described.
Been on maintenance about 12 months now and still not gaining my weight back. I loved the foods I ate on the diet and continue to use them now. I also know how to lose any gained weight just by being true to a protein diet. The weight lose saved me from having foot surgery. Expensive but well worth it if you are serious about losing!

Just started but I'm a little disappointed in that noone has reached out to see how I'm doing. It was emphasized that a counselor would reach out on the very first day and check in and answer questions.

The plan is easy to follow and the support is great. I need someone to give me goals and hold me accountable. They do this in a very encouraging way. I have lost 15.6lbs in 3 weeks and feel great. I am well ahead of my weekly target weight loss.

When I started Sota I was feeling depressed cause I had allowed my self to get as big as I was. But every was so very encouraging and determined to help me figure out what was going to get the weight off. It worked I lost 30lbs . I am at my goal weight of 110 lbs. I feel so good! I am running, Lifting weights. I am so happy
