Very encouraging and supportive.. my only negative was that I got some product that contains milk when I noted that I am sensitive to it. On the positive, I really like all of the foods that I have tried. I really think this will work for me!

Back in January I decided to lose some weight. Actually, I’d been thinking about it for some time. I’m 71 years old, active and felt good, but I was on a CPAP machine and headed toward being pre diabetic. I’d tried avoiding carbs like I did about 25 years ago.
