It was very pleasant!
My experience was nothing less than outstanding. I came in at 235lbs and now I’m down to 209lbs. I’ve never felt better and I don’t have high blood pressure anymore. One of the best decisions in my life. SOTA ROCKS!!!!!!!

I am not quite halfway done with my weight loss, but wow! Before SOTA, weight loss always seemed so hard. Restrictive eating, working out more than I could keep up with on a long-term basis, etc. I once heard from a friend that weight loss was more about nutrition than exercise, but thought I could work off what I ate back then. At first I was scared that I was not going to be able to do it. Every at the Plano branch was so helpful and encouraging that it helped me so very much! I have learned how to eat when to and what to eat! This is helping me with maintaining my weight loss! Foods I thought I would miss I don’t!!
I've been on the program for 4 weeks and the experience has been amazing. Everyone at Sota is so encouraging and wonderful that it makes you feel like you're not doing this alone. Going to Sota is the best decision I've ever made, and my journey is far from over.
Its been great so far. I love the staff and they are very helpful with any thing you need and or night be dealing with.
The nurse/nutritionist was very personable and informative. I liked the program, but as a retired it is far beyond my budget. Maybe if I win the lottery.
