At first I was scared that I was not going to be able to do it. Every at the Plano branch was so helpful and encouraging that it helped me so very much! I have learned how to eat when to and what to eat! This is helping me with maintaining my weight loss! Foods I thought I would miss I don’t!!

I've been on the program for 4 weeks and the experience has been amazing. Everyone at Sota is so encouraging and wonderful that it makes you feel like you're not doing this alone. Going to Sota is the best decision I've ever made, and my journey is far from over.

The nurse/nutritionist was very personable and informative. I liked the program, but as a retired it is far beyond my budget. Maybe if I win the lottery.

I appreciate SOTA for all that they have helped me with in loosing the weight and helpings me keep it off. Everyone at SOTA has been so helpful and positive and I have loved everyone who has helped me on my journey to better health. Could not have done it on my own THANK YOU!
